Privacy Policy

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the basic principles and procedures under which the Kavos pupa UAB (hereinafter referred to as the Seller / Service Provider) handles the personal data of the Buyers / Service recipients at the online store (hereinafter referred to as the e-shop).

1.2. The processing of personal data of Buyers / Service recipients is governed by the following conditions, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts regulating the collection of such data.

1.3. The seller/service provider undertakes to sell the services to natural or legal persons who are not less than 18 years of age. Buyers / Service recipients under the age of 18 can only purchase with the consent of their parents or guardians.

2. Registration rules

2.1. The Buyer / Service recipient must provide complete, complete and correct information about himself on the registration form. If the Buyer / Service Provider submits inaccurate, false or misleading information in the registration form, the Seller / Service Provider has the right to cancel the registration and delete the data or restrict the ability of the Buyer / Service Provider to use the e-shop.

2.2. The Seller / Service Provider recognizes and respects the privacy rights of every natural or legal person who has visited the online store. The Seller / Service Provider collects and uses the data of a natural or legal person (name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other information specified in the online registration form) in order to:

properly execute orders for goods or services;

to solve problems related to the quality of goods or services;

carry out a loyalty program;

fulfill other contractual obligations.

2.3. The information related to the goods or services purchased by the Buyer / Service recipient may be used by the Seller / Service supplier for statistical purposes. Such a collection of statistical data does not allow direct or indirect identification of the identity of the Purchaser / Service recipient. The seller/service provider reserves the right to transfer the statistical data to a third party.

3. Transfer of personal data to third parties

3.1. The Seller / Service Provider has the right to transfer information to third parties only for the purpose of point 2.2.

3.2. The Seller / Service Provider is not entitled to transfer personal data of the Buyer / Service recipient to third parties without receiving the individual consent of the Buyer / Service recipient, except in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

4. Replacement or renewal of personal data

4.1. The Purchaser / Service recipient has the right to change and update the information provided on the registration form.

4.2. The Seller / Service Provider must have the latest information related to the Buyer / Service Provider necessary for timely and high-quality order fulfillment.

5. Information or claim transfer

5.1. All notices related to the processing of personal data are provided by e-mail or by post: Panevezys r. sav., Upytė sen., Tarnagalos k., Krekenavos g. 8

5.2. The Customer / Service Provider's response shall be in the form in which the Seller / Service Provider received a notice or claim. The Customer's claim / Service shall be filed within 10 business days from receipt of the claim.

6. Processing of personal data

6.1. By confirming the registration form, the Buyer / Service recipient agrees that the personal data submitted voluntarily to the registration form will be processed in accordance with these rules.

7. Rules change

7.1. Seller / Service Provider has the right to unilaterally change the Privacy Terms. The seller/service provider informs the seller about the changes in the e-shop.

7.2. If the Buyer / the Service recipient uses the services provided by the e-shop after the changes of these conditions, the Seller / Services Supplier considers that the Buyer / Service recipient has agreed to the change of conditions.

8. Final provisions

8.1. All disputes between the parties concerning the enforcement of these rules are negotiated. Failing to reach an agreement, disagreements are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
